13 Minutes of Horror is a film festival for women horror filmmakers, inclusive of BIWOC, LGBTQ+ women, disabled women, femmes, and non-binary creators.

We recognize that, now more than ever, the micro-short is far more likely to be watched in full and shared by online audiences, growing viewership, exposure and opportunity for creators. With that in mind, we have structured our festival as a FREE 60-second film challenge, granting women the liberty and accessibility to showcase their talent.
Partnering with SHUDDER, the source for all things horror and suspense, selected filmmakers will have the opportunity for their work to be seen on the streaming giant as part of 13 Minutes of Horror.
